When anxiety starts taking up more space in our day-to-day activities, choices, and relationships, it can prevent us from living a happier, calmer, more engaged life. That's when it's time to pause and address the core of what we're feeling.

1
Teens
When working with teens I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space to vent and explore their feelings and do some real work- this often involves family sessions from time to time because the work to be done is not exclusively the responsibility of the teenager. Family relationships influence us in more ways than we realize. Viewing these dynamics as well as discussing new tools and skills is why it’s important for us all to meet.

2
Emerging Adults
I meet you where you are at, go deeper to understand your symptoms, and
work with you to navigate the transitions, and create actionable steps to reach your goals.
Let’s explore why it feels so dang hard to move forward.

Adults
You have a lot going on. I get it. Life is so full for some of us, and for others they wish for more. If anxiety symptoms are preventing you from living the life you want, from having meaningful relationships, clarity and a more relaxed mindset, and from identifying what brings you joy…. let’s work together. I want to help you live in the present and get unstuck about what happened in the past or what might happen in the future, so you can enjoy your life now!

My Approach
I use a client-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (a.k.a. "Tapping"), and Mindfulness to help you gain perspective, control, confidence, and calm.
