It is so easy for us to get lost in the details and routines of the day that we forget to schedule time for ourselves, remember what we enjoy, who we are, and actually make time for ourselves.
It can feel overwhelming to even know what that looks like and how or where to schedule that in our day or week.

And in a society that values productivity as a measure of “success/accomplishment”, making time for ourselves can bring upon us feelings of guilt, stress, and shame.
It’s hard. I get it. I’ve been there. I had to learn how to make this a priority for myself.

I’m here to tell you that making time for yourself is a must.
Reconnecting with who you are and what you enjoy is essential.
It’s not selfish.
In our society, it’s a radical form of self-care that helps you feel better and therefore show up more energized, clear-headed, and engaged for yourself and your family.
And I’m here to support you in making that happen.

Let’s find that spark and help it grow.
